Looking for work as a Superintendent?

We have a vacancy for you as a Superintendent in Heel.

Introduction

Are you someone who enjoys actively contributing to infrastructure projects? Do you have the ability to lead, coordinate processes, plan and organise? Can you monitor and structure both technical and financial progress as the central point of contact within a project? Do you think in terms of possibilities? Then we are looking for you!

Function

As an experienced contractor, you are independent but also a real team player. Your duties will be as follows:

You will ensure the safe, qualitative and cost-effective execution of projects, with completeness and planning at the core;
As a contractor, you are the first point of contact for clients and local residents;
You supervise the project team throughout the process, with an eye for both people and the end result;
You will contribute to a positive working atmosphere on site, working closely with the project manager and colleagues;
You will monitor progress and report weekly to the project manager on the status of your projects;
You ensure timely and efficient deployment of personnel, materials and equipment;
You identify deviations in the specifications and draw up additional work where necessary, including the corresponding invoicing;
You will perform administrative tasks around the project and keep our processes up to date, checked and adjusted where necessary;
You actively participate in the improvement and further development of Bloem Infra as an organisation;
You will participate in Construction Teams and contribute to EMVI projects with your knowledge and experience.

Job requirements

What do we expect from an experienced contractor?

You have a completed degree in HTS Civil Engineering or Business & Construction Engineering, or have a comparable MBO+ level thanks to extensive work experience;
You have broad knowledge of and experience with CROW guidelines and RAW specifications, and have been active within the GWW sector for at least five years;
Furthermore, you are commercially minded, think in solutions and are a real team player. You communicate clearly, know how to coach colleagues and can function well both independently and in a team;
You are good with computers and you are also strong administratively. Do you have experience with Metacom? Then that would be a plus!

A salary between €3,600 and €4,200 gross per month, based on age and experience;
