We have a vacancy for you as an All-round Craftsman in Sittard.

Introduction

Are you a craftsman at heart and want to work on beautiful construction projects within a professional and reliable team? For our client, we are looking for an Experienced All-round Construction Worker who can work independently and takes pride in his work. You will join an organisation where quality, craftsmanship and collegiality are paramount.

Function

As an All-round tradesman, you are a jack of all trades. You work independently or in a small team on various residential and non-residential construction projects. You know how to read drawings, prepare projects and execute construction tasks efficiently.

Your duties will include:

Perform carpentry, masonry, concrete and assembly work;
Reading and interpreting construction drawings;
Independently perform renovation and maintenance work;
Managing or supervising less experienced colleagues, you really are a mentor to train them well;
Control quality and safety in the workplace;
No two days are the same - you work on a variety of projects at a stable company where your skills are appreciated.

Job requirements

We are looking for someone who understands their craft and takes responsibility for the work they deliver.

Demonstrable work experience in construction (minimum 3 years);
Technical understanding and able to work independently from drawings;
In possession of a driving licence B (E is a plus);
VCA certificate or willing to obtain it;
Willingness to mentor students and share your knowledge.

Offer

An excellent salary of €2800 to €3500 gross per month, depending on age and experience;
On good performance, a permanent position is possible;
Travel allowance;
25 holidays based on full-time employment;
8.33% holiday pay;

Choice of weekly or 4-weekly payout.
