We have a vacancy for you as Office Manager Plus in Echt. Introduction
Effective immediately, we are looking for an Office Manager Plus! Are you a real organizer with organisational skills and do you enjoy supporting customers and suppliers both by phone and face-to-face? Then this role could suit you well. This varied role requires someone who brings calmness and overview to a dynamic environment. In close cooperation with colleagues from sales, production and logistics, you will contribute to a smooth and well-organised daily process.
Function
What will you do as Office Manager Plus? In this role, you will deal with, among other things:
- Answering and transferring incoming telephone traffic;
- Welcoming customers and suppliers, giving them directions and showing them around the premises where necessary;
- Performing administrative and practical tasks, such as preparing and issuing freight vouchers and maintaining customer data in the CRM system;
- Taking care of scheduling, managing diaries and coordinating the use of the consulting room;
- Taking care of financial work, including invoicing and preparing weekly and monthly statements;
- Monitoring processes and agreements made;
- Proactively identifying issues that need to be picked up, often even before this is explicitly requested.
Job requirements
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience as an office manager;
- You preferably have an MBO background;
- You speak Dutch in both word and writing;
- Experience in administration and planning;
- A balanced and pleasant colleague who brings structure and overview;
- Someone who switches easily, thinks ahead and feels at home in a supportive as well as an active role;
- You enjoy working with different people and making sure everything runs smoothly;
- You are flexible and maintain an overview, even in a dynamic environment;
- Socially adept and pleasant to deal with;
- Service-minded and happy to help others;
- Independent, decisive and problem-solving;
Representative and hospitable towards colleagues, customers and suppliers, always keeping important matters in order.
Offer
What do we offer?
- A salary of €2,450 a €3,150 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on age and experience;
- You live in Echt or the surrounding area;
- You have availability for 24 hours - 40 hours per week and want to be present for at least 4 days; in summer also present on Saturdays (on rotation)...;
