Our client is a leading metalworking company that makes high-quality products for a variety of industries. For the logistics team, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant (m/f/x) who works accurately, keeps an overview and wants to be the connecting link between logistics handling and administrative processes. This position is open to both men and women - anyone with the right motivation and qualities is invited to apply.
In this role, you will ensure that goods flows are processed efficiently and that everything from receipt to dispatch is recorded correctly.
Function
As a Logistics Administrative Assistant (m/v/x), you will be involved in the logistics process and the associated administration on a daily basis. Your duties include:
- Checking goods and packing slips based on work orders;
- Signalling and reporting deviations to work preparation;
- Correctly identify, store and enter goods into the ERP system;
- Preparing packing slips and informing customers of ready products;
- Managing packaging and organising external transport and shipments;
- Preparation of export documents and cargo preparation;
- Creation of driver schedules and administrative support for trips;
- Loading and unloading goods and providing internal transport;
- Packing, shipping and visually checking outgoing orders;
- You will also support colleagues where necessary and actively contribute to a neat, safe and organised workplace.
Job requirements
We are looking for a colleague who:
- At least MBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics or administration;
- Experience in a logistics or administrative position (preferred);
- Accurate work and communication skills;
- Digitally proficient and experienced with ERP systems (or willing to learn);
- Independent, proactive and flexible in a dynamic working environment;
- Stress-resistant and likes to roll up his sleeves.
