We have a vacancy for you as a Foreman in Meerssen. Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and experienced foreman to lead a team of green space workers.
Function
As a Foreman, you will be involved in all common tasks within the company. As a Foreman, you are responsible for:
- You plan the work together with the project leader, your supervisor. You decide how to divide up the work among your colleagues. You also work yourself;
- You check how the work is progressing and adjust that schedule where necessary;
- You ensure a fun and good working atmosphere, with an eye for safety but also for performance.
Job requirements
Who are you as a Foreman:
- You hold a green MBO degree and relevant (managerial) work experience;
- Additional certificates such as VCA-VOL, BHV, Driving Licence BE, Nature Protection Act are a plus (or you are willing to obtain);
- You are patient and enjoy teaching colleagues something, giving the same explanations or instructions every day is not a problem for you.
