Job description:

As a Senior Intercedent, you are an important link in our team. You are responsible for proactively approaching potential clients and building strong client relationships. You use your commercial talent to recruit, select and match candidates for various clients.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Proactively approach potential customers and build strong customer relationships;
• Identify customer needs and advise on staffing solutions;
• Provide optimal service to both clients and candidates;
• Negotiate contract terms and rates with both clients and candidates.

Job requirements:

• Minimum HBO working and/or thinking level;
• Demonstrable experience in the staffing industry;
• SEU certificate is an advantage;
• VCU certificate is an advantage;
• Strong communication skills and socially adept;
• Results-oriented and driven.
