We have a vacancy for you as a CNC Frezer in Someren.

Introduction

Our client is a leading all-in-one metalworking company that produces high-quality parts for various industries, including packaging, food and high-tech sectors. For the CNC department, we are looking for a Frezer CNC Hypermill Programmer with a passion for precision, engineering and quality. As a specialist in programming and machining, you will play an important role in realising customised parts for our customers.

Function

In this position, you will work independently and accurately with HyperMILL software (CAD/CAM) and modern CNC milling cylinders. You will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC machine tools and ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties include:

Programming CNC milling operations in HyperMILL;
Setting and operating CNC milling cylinders based on technical drawings;
Monitor machining processes and make adjustments where necessary;
Checking tools and programmes;
Carrying out quality and size checks;
Maintenance of machinery, tools and clamping equipment.

Job requirements

We are looking for a candidate who:

Possesses MBO working and thinking level or equivalent;
Experience with CNC machining and CAD/CAM software (HyperMILL or equivalent);
Be able to read technical drawings and apply them in machining processes;
Has knowledge of machining techniques, machine settings and tools;
Independent, accurate and quality-oriented work;
Demonstrates a sense of responsibility and motivation for engineering.
