Function
As a CNC Operator at this dynamic manufacturing company in Weert, you will have a varied range of tasks as the company is involved in various projects.
Work includes:
- Supervise machining and adjust parameters if necessary, taking into account stresses and other behaviour of the (sheet) material.
- Control of dimensions according to KOTI tolerances (dimensions >0.1 mm; roughness >0.8Mu RA);
- Testen en aanpassen van van de CNC programma’s dmv een simulatie iom Werkvoorbereiding.
- Deburring, chip removal of machined products.
- Perform daily maintenance and on the machine and tools.
- Resolve any quality issues on the products.
- Thinking along with calculating new products.
- Fetch and give feedback on pre-calculated machine times.
Job requirements
What do you bring:
- Je hebt VMBO metaal, MBO WTB werk- en denkniveau;
- Je bent inzetbaar, verantwoordelijk en accuraat;
- Je hebt kennis en/of ervaring om technische tekeningen te lezen;
- Je hebt ervaring met meet- en opspantechnieken;
- Je hebt ervaring met verspaningstechniek.
