Function

What will you do as a First Automotive Technician?

As a First Car Technician, you will be responsible for independently carrying out all maintenance and repair work on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. You will also play an active role in supervising colleagues and supporting the workshop manager. Your tasks:

Perform complex repairs and major maintenance;
Diagnose faults using modern readout equipment;
Assist with MOT inspections and perform final checks;
Supervise junior mechanics on technical issues;
Identify improvement opportunities in work processes or technical solutions.

You will work full-time day shift within a professional, well-organised team.

Job requirements

What do you bring with you as a First Automotive Technician?

You are independent, solution-oriented and technically skilled. What we would like to see in you:

A completed mbo level 3 or 4 automotive engineering course;
At least several years of experience as a (first) automotive technician;
You are APK qualified or willing to obtain it;
You are comfortable with modern diagnostic tools;
You are available full-time;
In possession of a valid driving licence B.
