We have a vacancy for you as an Insulation Mechanic in Sittard.

Introduction

Do you have technical and spatial insight? Do you enjoy working together and are you ready for a new challenge? Then we have a great opportunity for you! We are looking for insulation fitters for a client. In this position, you will professionally install insulation material at various locations. Do you already have experience or are you keen to learn the trade? Both are possible.

Function

You will be working with a wide range of insulation techniques for pipework, appliances and various spaces within the industrial, construction and infrastructure sectors. The work will be precise and sophisticated, with craftsmanship at its core. Insulation types you will be working with include:

Thermal insulation;
Cold insulation;
Sound insulation;
Sheet metal;
Tracing;
Heat loss detection.

Job requirements

As an insulation technician, you will possess the following competences:

You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one (via SOMA Works);
Good handling of learned safety regulations according to SCC standards;
Preferably a construction-related background from practice or training;
You are in possession of driving licence B.
Driving licence BE is a plus.
Experience in reading drawings
You have a sense of responsibility and can work well independently.

A salary between €2600 and €3400 gross per month, depending on age and experience;
