You are the link between customers, engineers and planning and ensure that maintenance activities run smoothly - worldwide.

Function

What will you do as Line Maintenance Controller?

As Line Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for coordinating Aircraft On Ground (AOG) events and the daily progress of maintenance schedules. You are the point of contact for customers, line engineers and management. You plan rotations, monitor resources and liaise with specialist services at various line stations around the world.

Work includes:

Monitor and coordinate maintenance schedules;
Planning line engineer rotations;
Communicating with customers and technical teams;
Ensure resources and required services are available on time;
Proactively identify bottlenecks and propose solutions.

In this role, you will work daily at the intersection of technology, logistics and customer contact, with a major impact on fleet safety and uptime.

Job requirements

What will you bring with you as Line Maintenance Controller?

A completed MBO education or equivalent (a background in Aviation Management is a plus);
Experience in a similar position within an international working environment is an asset;
Good command of Microsoft Office and database environments;
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and oral;
You can work under pressure and with deadlines;
Team player who can switch gears and plan well;
Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad.

Offer

A gross monthly salary between €3,600 and €4,500, depending on experience;
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre (up to 30 km one way);
8% holiday pay;
