We have a vacancy for you as a Mechanic in Meerssen.

Are you a mechanic with a passion for mechanical engineering and technology? For a location in Eijsden (Limburg), we are looking for a driven Mechanic who can mechanically and/or electrically assemble - from standard cleaning and cutting installations to complete customer-specific machines. Whether you are looking for permanent employment or would like to work as a self-employed worker: we would like to hear from you!

Function

What will you do as a mechanic?

Mechanical and electrical assembly of cleaning and cutting equipment, both standard versions and customised customer-specific machines;
Work according to technical drawings and specifications;
Carrying out final testing, checking and adjusting machines before delivery;
Ability to take on service and commissioning jobs nationally or internationally, by mutual agreement.

Job requirements

What do you bring as a Mechanic?

MBO-4 working and thinking level in mechanical engineering or equivalent;
Interest and affinity with mechanical engineering and (possibly) the paper industry;
Be able to read technical drawings (2D);
Flexibility: willingness to carry out jobs at home and abroad if required (not a must);
Basic knowledge of English (and preferably German) is a plus.

Offer

What will you receive as a Mechanic?

A gross monthly salary between € 3,200 and € 3,800 on a full-time basis, depending on your knowledge and experience, and excluding bonuses;
25 holidays per year;
8.33% holiday pay;
