We have a vacancy for you as a Maintenance Engineer 3 shifts in Helmond. Introduction
For our client in Helmond, we are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic 3-shifts for the technical department in a production environment within the food industry. In this role, you will work daily to maintain and optimise modern production machines in a dynamic environment where quality, teamwork and technology are key.
Function
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work in a 3-shift operation and, together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for preventing and solving malfunctions on production machines. You will contribute to keeping the production process running smoothly in a plant with complex equipment.
Your main duties will include:
- Perform (preventive) maintenance on machinery and equipment;
- Troubleshooting in both mechanical and electrical areas;
- Perform repairs and maintenance work in the workshop and on the production floor;
- Recording of work performed in the maintenance system (e.g. Navision);
- Thinking along about improvements in processes and installations.
Job requirements
What to bring:
- You have a completed technical MBO education level 3/4 in a relevant direction, such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or related;
- Experience as a maintenance engineer, breakdown engineer or similar technical position within a manufacturing environment is desirable;
- You have technical insight and you work carefully and solution-oriented;
- You are a real team player and feel at home in a collegial and approachable working environment;
- Willingness to work 3-shifts is a requirement
