Do you know this topper or are you the topper we are looking for? We are expanding our operations team and are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Logistics Team Leader at short notice!
Function
Duties as team leader:
- You will work with your team and fellow team leaders on the shop floor;
- You will lead a team of order pickers & packers;
- Je hebt een echte ‘hands on’ mentaliteit en werkt mee en stuurt het pick- en packproces aan;
- You will monitor the progress of daily operational processes within our company and prioritise them appropriately;
- Je voert overleg met collega teamleiders op de werkvloer, om zo de gestelde KPI’s te waarborgen;
- Coaching, motivating and guiding your team;
- Ensuring optimal staffing, productivity and commitment of your team;
- Het instrueren, informeren en ondersteunen van de medewerkers van de afdeling, zodat de werkzaamheden veilig, efficiënt en correct worden uitgevoerd, volgens de daarvoor geldende normen.
Job requirements
What do you bring?
- MBO(niv4) working and thinking level;
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial position (in logistics is an advantage);
- Good at oral and written communication;
- Good verbal and written knowledge of the English language is a requirement;
- Good verbal and written knowledge of the Dutch language is an advantage;
- You have good communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities;
- You work accurately and are precise in following up on appointments;
- You have problem-solving skills & a helicopter view;
- Je bent fulltime beschikbaar in wisselende diensten tussen 7.00 – 23.30 uur;
- Alternately also available on weekends (with supplement) Saturday 125% Sunday 150%.
