Function

As a foreman landscaper, you are the lynchpin of the green space project. You supervise your team, ensure flawless planning and maintain contact with clients. While actively participating yourself, you motivate your colleagues to get the best out of themselves. You have the overview and ensure that every project is completed successfully.

Some of your duties include:

Managing a team of 2 to 7 employees.
Participate in outdoor maintenance and construction projects.
Plan and arrange materials in a timely manner.
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders.
Working together in a friendly and engaged working atmosphere.

Job requirements

What do you bring as a foreman landscaper?

You have experience or affinity with greenery and a passion for outdoor projects.
You have a driving licence B and are willing to obtain an VOL-VCA (if you do not already have one).
You are a team player with organisational talent and know how to motivate people;
You master the Dutch language.
