For our client, we are looking for an Experienced All-round Construction Worker who can work independently and takes pride in his work. You will join an organisation where quality, craftsmanship and collegiality are paramount.<\/p><\/div>\n\r\n<!--more-->\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_function\">Function<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_function\"><p>As an All-round tradesman, you are a jack of all trades. You work independently or in a small team on various residential and non-residential construction projects. You know how to read drawings, prepare projects and execute construction tasks efficiently.<\/p> <p>Your duties will include:<\/p> <ul> <li>Perform carpentry, masonry, concrete and assembly work;<\/li> <li>Reading and interpreting construction drawings;<\/li> <li>Independently perform renovation and maintenance work;<\/li> <li>Managing or supervising less experienced colleagues, you really are a mentor to train them well;&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Control quality and safety in the workplace;<\/li> <li>No two days are the same - you work on a variety of projects at a stable company where your skills are appreciated.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_requirements\">Job requirements<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_requirements\"><p>We are looking for someone who understands their craft and takes responsibility for the work they deliver.<\/p> <ul> <li>Demonstrable work experience in construction (minimum 3 years);<\/li> <li>Technical understanding and able to work independently from drawings;<\/li> <li>In possession of a driving licence B (E is a plus);<\/li> <li>VCA certificate or willing to obtain it;&nbsp;<\/li> <li>Willingness to mentor students and share your knowledge.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_offer\">Offer<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_offer\"><ul> <li>An excellent salary of \u20ac2800 to \u20ac3500 gross per month, depending on age and experience;<\/li> <li>On good performance, a permanent position is possible;<\/li> <li>Travel allowance;<\/li> <li>25 holidays based on full-time employment;<\/li> <li>8.33% holiday pay;<\/li> <li>Various courses and training opportunities;<\/li> <li>Choice of weekly or 4-weekly payout.&nbsp;<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"cx_h4 cx2_application\">Application<\/h4>\n<div class=\"cx2_application\"><p>Do you think you are the ideal candidate for this position?
