Function<\/h4>\n

In the role of commercial assistant, you are the central point of contact for customers and internal departments. You ensure the smooth handling of commercial processes and monitor the quality of service and delivery.

As a commercial assistant, your responsibilities will include:<\/p>

  • Advising and selling technical products to business customers, mainly by telephone, within the construction and installation sector;<\/li>
  • Manage the entire order-to-cash process: from quotation preparation to order processing and active follow-up;<\/li>
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by translating customer needs into appropriate solutions;<\/li>
  • Thinking along about price agreements, conditions and bonus structures in collaboration with sales colleagues;<\/li>
  • Initiate improvements in commercial processes and customer-oriented work;<\/li>
  • Monitor credit limits and financial risks with customers. <\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n

    Job requirements<\/h4>\n

    As a commercial assistant, you will effectively use data and customer information to make informed commercial decisions. You have sufficient basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP is an advantage. In a dynamic working environment, you maintain an overview and continue to perform well, even when the pressure increases.

    What else will you bring with you as a commercial assistant:<\/p>

    • Strong commercial mindset with clear and persuasive communication;<\/li>
    • Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technical or wholesale sector;<\/li>
    • Fluent in Dutch, French is an advantage;<\/li>
    • Enterprising, proactive and strong at spotting commercial opportunities;<\/li>
    • Administrative strong.<\/li> <\/ul><\/div>\n\r\n
