Job description:
As an Intercedent, you will be responsible for recruiting, selecting and matching candidates for various clients. You will build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates and play an important role in expanding our client base.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively approach potential customers and build strong customer relationships;
- Identifying customer needs and thinking along in staffing solutions;
- Providing the best possible service for both your clients and (potential) candidates;
- Actively recruit, select and place suitable candidates with your clients;
- Negotiate contract terms and rates with both clients and candidates.
Job requirements:
- Minimum HBO working and/or thinking level;
- Demonstrable experience in a commercial role, preferably within the staffing industry;
- Social with strong communication skills;
- Results-oriented.
