Function
This position is a 2-shift job, where your duties will include:
- Based on recipe, run production;
- Mixing various raw materials;
- Filling and setting large silos;
- You will monitor the process in the and adjust where necessary;
- You ensure a neat and workable environment;
- You can solve breakdowns and enjoy helping colleagues.
Job requirements
What do you bring as an operator?
- Operator training is a plus;
- You have a forklift certificate or are willing to obtain one.
- You work proactively, and see the work ahead;
- You can work in a team context, but can also function well independently;
- You work safely, show commitment and see everything as a challenge.
Offer
What we offer you as an operator:
- A salary between €3000 and €3,500 gross per month;
- You will be working for an organisation with many career opportunities, who want to invest in your future;
- Work in a 2-shift system (+12% allowance), weekends are free;
- Opportunity to work extra on Saturdays;
- 8.33% holiday pay;
- Travel expenses will be reimbursed;
- On good performance, a short-term contract with the client.
