Function
What will you do as a Maintenance Engineer?
As Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of our machines and buildings. You will ensure that all production installations, peripheral equipment and company premises function optimally. You will also work on improving machine safety and ensure that technical documentation is always up to date.
- Investigating, locating and remedying electrical and mechanical faults on production facilities and peripheral equipment;
- Maintain machine safety within the machinery;
- Maintain and update technical documentation;
- Perform mechanical work such as drilling, grinding and piping;
- Taking relevant courses to keep your knowledge up-to-date.
Job requirements
What do you bring as a Maintenance Engineer?
- An MBO-4 diploma in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics;
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in an industrial work environment;
- Independence and ability to work from a job description or work drawing;
- NEN3140 certification (competent person), preferably also certifications for aerial work platform and forklift/reach truck;
- Knowledge of PLC controls, especially Siemens S5/S7;
- Experience with electrical and pneumatic control schemes;
- Willing to work in a two-shift system;
- Willingness to perform both electrical and mechanical work;
- Good communication skills.

- A salary between €3,200 and €4,000 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on knowledge and experience;
