Function
What does an Operator Baker do?
- Converting the lines on which different loaves of bread are transported;
- Mixing raw materials like grain, flour and seeds based on recipe;
- Setting up baking ovens on the line;
- Troubleshooting where necessary and working with the technical department;
Job requirements
What do you bring with you as Operator Baker?
- Preferably, you have experience as an operator in the food sector;
- You are eager to learn and willing to undergo training;
- You are proactive and communicative;
- You can handle stress well, are a team player and work proactively;
- You have technical knowledge and can fix minor malfunctions yourself.

An Operator Baker will get, among other things:

- You will be working in an alternating 3-shift schedule;
