Do you know this top performer or are you the top performer we are looking for? We are expanding our operational team and are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Logistics Team Leader in the short term!
Functie
Tasks as Team Leader:
- You work together with your team and fellow team leaders on the work floor;
- You lead a team of order pickers and packers;
- You have a true “hands-on” mentality, working alongside your team and managing the pick and pack process;
- You monitor the progress of daily operational processes within our company and prioritize them accordingly;
- You hold discussions with fellow team leaders on the work floor to ensure the set KPIs are met;
- Coaching, motivating, and guiding your team;
- Ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, and effort from your team;
- Instructing, informing, and supporting the department employees, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and correctly according to the applicable standards.
Functie-eisen
What do you bring?
- MBO (level 4) work and thinking level;
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role (experience in logistics is a plus);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Good command of the English language, both spoken and written, is a requirement;
- Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written, is a plus;
- You have strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership qualities;
- You work accurately and are precise in following through on agreements;
- You have problem-solving skills and a helicopter view;
- You are available full-time in rotating shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:30 PM;
- Occasionally available on weekends (with a premium), Saturday 125%, Sunday 150%.
